OK, as you all voted to move to IPB, I'm currently in the process of moving to IPB. Currently I have a test forum up and am starting to convert the skin. I was originally hoping to go straight to IPB v2.2.RC3 which is the latest version, but it seems that there is currently no importer for this forum and won't be for some time. As a result, I am going to have to convert the forums first to IPB 2.1.7, then upgrade to 2.2 later.

Not sure how long the skin conversion will take. In the process of moving to IPB, we will lose the post stats from the top of the forum. I'm undecided what I will do about those, no future competitions will be based on posts or threads, so I may decide not to put them back.

So, thats the current road map. Once we are on IPB, there will be many more changes. You will also notice that I have put ads onto the main site, not very well blended at this stage, but I want to see how much income this site generates. I cannot just continue running competitions out of my own pocket, I'm not rich enough to do that. So, I will be monitizing psdspy to get the site an income. Once we have an income for the site, some of it will be allocated to pay off the sites dept (the money I paid for the site) some will be allocated to advertising and some will be allocated to the prize fund.

The number and frequency of competitions, along with the value of the prizes will be decided from the size of the fund.

I guess thats all you need to know for the time being.
